At Sterilite, we stand behind the quality of our storage solutions; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all products are in their original, unused condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a return authorization number.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the unused Sterilite products in their original shipping carton, ensuring all lids and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package over any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
